Procedure
Step 1 Slowly open the exhaust valve to exhaust nitrogen.
Step 2 Fasten the exhaust valve when no air exhausts at the valve.

3.4.3 Removing the Pallet

Procedure
Step 1 Open the front door and remove the rear door.
Step 2 Remove the bolts that secure the cabinet and the pallet using a 19# socket
wrench.

Step 3 (Only applicable to downflow units) Install the fan maintenance baffle plate at
the front door.
Step 4 Close the front door and reinstall the rear door.

NO TE
For a single-door and double-door cabinet, remove the four bolts from both sides.
Secure the base to the ground using six M12 expansion bolts.
Move the cabinet onto the base. Secure the cabinet to the base using six
bolts. Install a shock pad between the base and the cabinet.
