Symptom
No water is
supplied to the
water inlet
solenoid valve of
the humidifier.
The
humidification
capacity is
insufficient.
The air filter is
blocked.
The pressure
difference cannot
be controlled.
The motorized
damper does not
operate.
The direct free-
cooling plenum
does not operate.
The air filter of
the fresh air unit
is blocked.
Issue 02 (2020-08-30)
Possible Cause
The upstream water
supply is faulty or the
water pressure is below
the lower threshold.
The water inlet solenoid
valve is blocked or
faulty.
The cable to the water
inlet solenoid valve is
incorrectly connected.
The wet film humidifier
wears out and
deteriorates.
The air filter has been
used for too long and
become dusty.
The differential pressure
switch is faulty.
The differential pressure
sensor is faulty.
The pressure tube is
blocked or over-bent.
The actuator cable is
not properly connected.
The actuator is faulty
and does not operate.
The motorized damper
is stuck.
The actuator cable is
not properly connected.
The actuator is faulty
and does not operate.
The direct free-cooling
plenum is stuck.
The air filter has been
used for too long and
become dusty.

6 System Operation and Maintenance
Reference Solution
Restore the water supply.
Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
Reconnect the cable.
Replace the wet film humidifier.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the differential pressure
switch.
Replace the differential pressure
sensor.
Replace the pressure tube or
route the pressure tube again.
Check and reconnect the cable
to the motorized damper
actuator.
Replace the actuator.
Replace the motorized damper.
Check and reconnect the cable
to the direct free-cooling
plenum actuator.
Replace the actuator.
Replace the direct free-cooling
plenum.
Clean or replace the air filter.
