Activating Option Functions
Option functions can be used without limitations with Vision Exchange by purchasing a license and activating the license
on the main unit or a Pod.
Purchase a license and obtain a purchase code before performing the following procedure.

For details about purchasing a license, contact your dealer.
The Active Learning license and Remote Communication license are not supported on a Pod.
The following procedure describes activating a license on the main unit as an example. The procedure is the same on a Pod,
although the content displayed on the screen will differ slightly.
Check the Device Unique ID of the main unit that will use the option functions.

Start the main unit, and press

The [Administrator Password] dialog box appears.
2. Enter the administrator password, and press [Login].
If an administrator password has not been configured, leave the field empty and press [Login].
The [Administrator Menu] screen appears.
Note
Set the administrator password the first time that you log in. The administrator password can be set on the
[Administrator] page of the [Setting] screen.
