Ethernet Module EN531

The Ethernet module EN531 has a function to connect an L1PU11H to Ethernet
(10BASE2).
The EN531 is paired with the L1PU11H to transmit DI/DO, AI/AO and pulse inputs, and
other data obtained from sensors and actuators to the Ethernet.
The network configuration of a single 10BASE2 is supported. For notes on installation
