15. Check the overshoot at both HIL and LOL for both Fixed and
Linear modes. If necessary, re-adjust A1 C530 or A1C410 to
achieve the above limits. Repeat steps 1 to 12 if necessary.
The oscilloscope trace :flatness error ( GaAs input circuit ) may affect
measurement of pre- and over-shoot
16. Set the HP 81 12A as follows:
