Operation
Flip the manual
drainage button of
the humidifier to O:
normal
humidification.
Check the thermal
insulation foam of
the water refill pipe,
drainpipe, and vapor
hose.
Check the interior of
the humidifier
cylinder.
Measure the phase
currents when the
humidifier is
working.

Check Standard
If water can be
normally refilled
into the humidifier,
the water refill pipe
is unobstructed.
The thermal
insulation foam is
intact.
The interior is free
from scale.
Each phase current
is no less than 1.2 A
(1/3 of the rated
current).
3 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the water refill is
abnormal:
If the water inlet
solenoid valve
cannot be
opened, perform
replacement by
following
instructions in
documents
delivered with
the air
conditioner.
If the water refill
pipe is blocked,
clean the pipe.
If the humidifier
cylinder is dirty
and the water
level inside the
cylinder is above
4/5, replace the
humidifier
cylinder by
following
instructions in
NetCol5000-A 20
kW Air-Cooled
In-Row Precision
Air Conditioner
User Manual.
Replace the thermal
insulation foam if
the thermal
insulation foam is
damaged.
If there is scale
on the interior of
the humidifier
cylinder, remove
the humidifier
cylinder and
clean it with 20%
acetic acid
