Step 6 Remove the faulty circuit breaker using a screwdriver.
Step 7 Replacing the faulty circuit breaker on PDU5000 with a new one.
Step 8 (Optional) Insert the removed copper bar into the circuit breaker and secure it with screws.
Step 9 Reinstall the removed top and front covers of the PDU5000.
Step 10 Secure the PDU5000 to the cabinet.
Step 11 Connect the UPS input and output power cables, IT cabinet power cable, signal cable, and
general input power cable in sequence. Check whether the cable labels are consistent with the
marks on the wiring terminals and whether all cables are connected.
Step 12 Turn on the battery switch, and perform power-on commissioning on the PDU.
Step 13 Check whether the UPS generates abnormal alarms. If there is any alarm, clear it and start the
UPS.

Tools: electroprobe, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, multimeter.
Materials: A spare power distribution subrack of the same model is available and
functional.
The power distribution subrack is damaged or faulty and cannot work.
