Replacing the wiring harness 4

Power supply I/O board to HMI board
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Remove the top and rear panels (Chap. 6.1, 6.3).
4. Open the top cover of the HMI module.
5. Remove the connections from X1, X6 and X15 con-
nectors on the HMI board.
6. Remove the connections from X2 and X4 connector
on I/O board.
7. Cut the cable ties and remove the harness.
8. Place the new wiring harness in position.
9. Fix the connections to X2 and X4 connector on I/O
board.
10. Fix the connections to X1, X6 and X15 connectors
on the HMI board.
11. Fix the cable ties.
12. Close the top cover of HMI module.
13. Fix the top and rear panels.

The other end of cables to X15 is not connected.

Printer signal and power.cord
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Open the top cover of HMI module.
4. Remove the printer connections to the HMI board at
terminals X9 and X11.
5. Cut the cable ties and remove the harness.
6. Place the new wiring harness in position.

The connectors on either side of the printer cable
are interchangeable.
7. Fix the printer connections to the HMI board at ter-
minals X9 and X11.
8. Fix the cable ties.
9. Close the top cover of HMI module.

Solenoids cable 1 and 2
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Remove the top, front, rear and right panels
(Chap. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4).
4. Remove each pair of terminals on the solenoid
placed in valve block.
5. Cut the cable ties and remove the harness.
6. Remove the cable to X8 and X9 connectors on I/O
board.

7. Place the new wiring harness in position.
8. Fix the cable to X8 and X9 connectors on I/O board.
9. Fasten each pair of terminals on the solenoid in the
valve block.
10. Fix the cable ties.
11. Fix the top, front, rear and right panels.

Replacing the connecting cable for
the temperature sensor

See chapter 16 for the electrical terminal diagram.
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Open the rear panel (Chap. 6.3).
4. Unlock and pull the B8 connector from the tempera-
ture sensor on the cylinder.
5. Disconnect the cable from the X18 connector on I/O
board.
6. Fix the new temperature sensor connecting cable in
position.
7. Connect the cable to X18 connector on I/O board.
8. Fix and lock the B8 connector to temperature sensor
placed on the cylinder.
9. Close the rear panel.

Replacing the USB host cable

See chapter 10 for the electrical terminal diagram.
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Open the top cover of the HMI module.
4. Disconnect the connection from the X13 connector
on HMI board.
5. Unfasten the USB A – type female connector on the
HMI top cover.
6. Place the new USB host cable in position.
7. Fix the USB A – type female connector on the HMI
top cover by tightening the screws.
8. Close the top cover of HMI module.

Replacing the LED board cable

See chapter 10 for the electrical terminal diagram.
1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains connection.
3. Open the top cover of HMI module.
4. Disconnect the cable from the X18 connector on the
HMI board.
5. Disconnect the cable from X1 on the LED board.
6. Connect the new LED board cable.
7. Connect the cable to X1 on the LED board.
8. Fix the cable to X18 connector on the HMI board.
9. Close the top cover of HMI module.
