Disconnecting the hose fitting at the manifold
9. Remove the spine.
10. Connect the new hose between the manifold and
the refrigerant cylinder.

Ensure that the O-rings used for connecting the
hoses are properly placed before connecting the
hoses.

Ensure that the connections are leak-tight. Also,
ensure that the hoses do not foul with other compo-
nents.
11. Place the spiral back in
!
Incorrect bending of the red and blue hoses might
exert excessive pressure at the hose joints and also
lead to hose rupture.
12. Open the taps on the cylinder.
13. Connect the power cable to the power socket.
14. Start the ACS 751/651 in debug mode.
15. Select Actuators.
16. Select PRIN, CX and FA.
? Observe if the value of PSA increases more than
3 bar.
17. Switch off PRIN after one minute.
18. Observe the pressure PSA.
? The pressure should drop below 800 mbar.
19. After two minutes, switch off CX and FA.

During the two minutes, if there is a high pressure in
the system, there is a blockage in the yellow hose.
? Disconnect the hose and check for blockage in
the hose.

If there is no error, the hose is OK.

Replacing the POE solenoid valve

This procedure is applicable only to the
ACS 751/651 with POE option.
Caution!
The hot surface of the manifold can cause
severe burns to the hands.
Allow the manifold to cool down before
work.
Wear protective gloves.
2. Perform hose drain.
3. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
4. Disconnect the mains supply.
5. Open the top panel.
6. Disconnect the electrical connections to the solenoid.
7. Replace with a new solenoid and complete the elec-
trical connections.
8. Connect the power cable to the mains supply.
9. Switch on the ACS 751/651 in the debug mode.
10. Select "Actuators" and press E

After step 11, vapors might emanate from the
vacuum pump. This is normal and does not damage
the vacuum pump.
11. Switch on VC and VISO till the pressure reaches
below 350 mbar..
12. Disconnect the POE bottle.
13. Switch on POE and feel whether there is suction at
the connector.
14. Switch on POE switch off VC and VISO.
? If the pressure increases to 800 mbar, the POE
solenoid is successfully replaced.
15. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
16. Disconnect the mains supply.
17. Close the top panel.
