Replacing the keypad

1. Open the HMI (Chap. 7.1).
2. Undo the printer connections the electrical connec-
tions to the keypad.
3. Lift the printer from position using the printer latches
(Chap. 7.3).
4. Peel off the keypad.
5. Paste the new keypad in position.
6. Complete the electrical connections to the keypad.
7. Place the printer in position and make the necessary
electrical connections.
8. Close and fix the HMI module back in position.
9. Check the keypad.

Replacing the pressure gauges

Before starting, ensure that the pressure gauge
reading is zero. If the pressure gauge reading is more
than zero, perform hose drain.
1. Open the HMI (Chap. 7.1).
2. Disconnect the hose connections from the gauges.
3. Unfasten the gauges from the retainer plate.
4. Remove the gauges from the socket.
5. Place the new gauges carefully in the socket.
6. Fix the retainer plate back into position.
7. Connect the hoses back to the gauges.
8. Close and Fix the HMI module back in position.
9. Start the ACS 751/651 in debug mode (Chap. 4.3).
10. Select Actuators and press E.
11. Select RE, HL and LP and press .
12. Compare the value of PTV (absolute) with the value
of pressure indicated by the pressure gauge.

The difference should be within the range of 900 -
1100 mbar.
