The Tools menu

The EBLWin menu "Tools" is used when the PC is to be connected to FT1020G3 for
download / backup etc.
Some commands are disabled (grey) since they require the PC / EBLWin to be connected
and logged on to FT1020G3.
Validate...: The SSD can be validated at any time, i.e. checked for System Errors,
Warnings and violations. A validation will automatically be done before download of SSD
to FT1020G3. System Errors have to be corrected before the download can start.
Log on Control Unit: Log on / Log off to an FT1020G3
Synchronize...: (When connected and logged on to an FT1020G3.) Data (i.e. faults,
disablements, etc.) will be synchronized, i.e. the data / information are identical in both the
Control Unit and EBLWin. It can also be done via menu H8/S7.
Download SSD...: (When connected and logged on to an FT1020G3) opens a dialog box
for download of SSD to one or more of the FT1020G3 Control Units, the Web-server and
connected "Display Units" (e.g. 1728).
Backup SSD ...: (When connected and logged on to an FT1020G3) opens a dialog box
for backup (upload) of SSD from all the FT1020G3 Control Units and connected Display
Units to EBLWin.
Verify SSD...: (When connected and logged on to an FT1020G3.) The SSD shown in
EBLWin will be compared with what is actually stored in the FT1020G3 Control Unit. If they
are the same the checksums = same SSD.

Log on require the PC to be physically connected to FT1020G3 and an EBLWin key 5094 plugged in the PC.
