3. The power for the system unit is turned on.
The green POWER LED on the front side of the system unit turns on.
At the first startup after you change the configuration of the
system unit, Windows loads new drivers and sets up new
services. Because the USB driver is not loaded during this
period, you cannot temporarily use a keyboard and a mouse for
input.
If you changed the configuration of the system unit, wait one or
two minutes after startup and then use the keyboard or mouse
for input.
Depending on the capacity of the memory boards in the system
unit, you may need to wait a couple minutes the initial window
will open.
