E-mail Schedule
Specifies the schedule (time frame) of Message Waiting Notification by e-mail for each day of the
week, and specifies whether to delete the original message in a mailbox after the message attached
to an e-mail is sent. Notification will be sent for messages received during the time frame set here.
For messages received during times outside of the time frame, notification will be sent at the
beginning of the next time frame.
You can also set Notification schedule to "All Day" or "No Use".
Follow the steps below to edit Time Frame:
1.
Click a day (Sunday – Saturday) tab.
2.
Uncheck "All Day" or "No Use" if checked.
3.
Click "Time Frame".
4.
Enter the start and end times in the "Start At:" and "End At:" fields, or drag the edges of the time
frame to mark the start and end times.
To copy the schedule of one day to another day
1.
Select a time frame in the desired "copy from" day.
2.
Click Copy.
3.
Select a time frame in the desired "copy to" day.
4.
Click Paste.
5.
Check "Delete After Send" if needed.
6.
Click OK.
