Fresh air from the room enters the
appliance through the active charcoal
filters, ensuring a fresh, dust-free,
odourless air supply.
The reminder to change the active
charcoal filters appears approx. every
12 months.
When the indicator light for changing
the active charcoal filters — appears in
the display, the filters must be changed
in all 3 wine conditioning zones.
Changing the active charcoal
filters
^ Turn the filter 90° either clockwise or
anti-clockwise.
^ Pull out the filter.
^ Fit the new filter with the grip in the
vertical position.
^ Then turn the filter 90° either
clockwise or anti-clockwise until it
clicks into place.

purchased from Miele (see back
cover for contact details).

Active charcoal filters

To confirm the filters have been
changed:
^ Touch the settings sensor.
All selectable symbols will appear in
the display and the 0 symbol will flash.
^ Touch the sensors for setting the
temperature (X or Y) repeatedly until
the — symbol flashes in the display.
^ Touch the OK sensor to confirm your
selection.
1 flashes in the display (active charcoal
filters are fitted) and the — symbol
lights up.
^ Touch the sensors for setting the
temperature (X or Y) repeatedly until
2 (time counter is reset) appears in
the display.
