Questions and answers
Where is the fuse on a SunJoe SPX3000?
When under pressure water gushes from under the plastic causal where the red arrow is pointing. I've replaced the washer and it continues to leak.
Your Sun Joe SPX3000 may be leaking water from under the plastic casing due to internal hose or reservoir tank issues. Users have reported that internal hoses or the reservoir tank leak badly, preventing water from gathering properly. This issue occurs even without electricity being used. If replacing the washer did not fix the problem, the leak might be coming from an internal component that needs inspection or replacement.

Machine won't start
The Sun Joe SPX3000 machine may not start due to the following reasons:
- Power failure or not plugged in: Ensure the machine is connected to a working outlet.
- Defective socket: Check the power cord, reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet.
- Blown fuse: Replace the fuse and turn off other machines using the same circuit.
- Defective extension cord: Try running the unit without an extension cord.

The circular scrubber will not turn
The circular scrubber on the Sun Joe SPX3000 may not turn if there is low water pressure, air in the pump, or a blockage in the hose or nozzle. It could also be due to a malfunction in the attachment or insufficient flow caused by a faulty connection. Ensure all hoses are airtight, the nozzle is clean, and the water supply is adequate.
