The SIM subsidy unlock code allows the device to use a SIM card from another wireless carrier. To enter the SIM subsidy unlock
code, follow these steps:
Important: Stop if you receive an error message while performing the instructions below. The device locks permanently if you enter
the incorrect code multiple times.
1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
2. Verify the IMEI by typing *#06#.
3. Contact Customer Care to request your unblock code.
4. Turn off the phone, insert the blocked SIM, and turn on the phone.
5. Enter the unblock code and tap Unlock.
The phone should display "Network Unlock Successful."

Alarm clock - Set

To set the alarm clock, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Tap Clock.
3. If necessary, tap the Alarm tab.
4. Tap Create alarm.
5. Tap the Up and Down arrows to set the alarm time.
6. Under Alarm Repeat, tap to select each day of the week the alarm will sound.
7. Tap Repeat weekly to select check box and enable or clear the check box and disable the alarm sounding every week.
8. Tap Alarm type.
9. Tap one of the following options:

Melody

Vibration
o
Vibration and melody
o
Briefing
10. Tap More.
11. Touch and drag the Alarm Volume Slider to the desired level.
12. Tap Alarm tone.
13. Tap one of the following two options:

14. Tap the Snooze Slider to move it to the right and turn green to enable or tap to move left and turn grey to disable.

30 minutes
17. Under Snooze repeat, tap one of the following options:

18. Tap the Smart alarm Slider to move it to the right and turn green to enable or tap to move left and turn grey to disable.
19. If Smart alarm is enabled, tap Smart alarm.
20. Under duration, tap one of the following options:

3 minutes
o
5 minutes
o
10 minutes
o
15 minutes
o
30 minutes
21. Under Tone, tap one of the following options:
o
Fairy fountain
Tap the desired sound.
Tap OK.
Navigate to the desired file
Tap the Circle next to the desired Alarm tone file. The circle fills with green.
Tap Done.
