From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2.
Tap Gmail.
3.
Tap New.
4.
Enter your first name.
5.
Tap Last and enter your last name.
6.
Tap the Next arrow.
7.
Enter the username you want for your email address.
8.
Tap the Next arrow.
9.
Enter a password.
10. Tap Re-type password and confirm password.
11. Tap the Next arrow.
12. Enter a backup email address for recovering your Gmail account.
13. Tap Choose a security question and choose a security question to answer.
14. Tap Answer and enter your answer to the security question.
15. Tap the Next arrow.
16. Tap I accept.

Log in/out of existing Gmail account

To log in to existing Gmail account, follow these steps:
1.
From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2.
Tap Gmail.
Note: If another Gmail account is already logged in, tap the Menu key, tap Settings, and then tap Add account.
3.
Tap Existing.
4.
Enter your email address.
5.
Tap Password and enter your password.
6.
Tap Sign in.
7.
Tap the Next arrow.
8.
Tap the Next arrow again.
To log out of Gmail account, follow these steps:
Note: The following procedure can be used to log out of your primary Gmail account. Therefore, performing a master reset is
unnecessary for removing the primary Gmail account.
1.
From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2.
Tap Settings.
3.
Tap Google.
4.
Tap the desired Gmail account.
5.
Tap Remove account.
6.
Tap Remove account again to confirm.

Gestures

Motion settings

To access motion settings, follow these steps:
1.
From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2.
Tap Settings.
3.
Tap Motion.
4.
To enable Motion and thus enable your Motion activation settings, tap the Motion Slider. Slider moves right and turns
green.
5.
Tap the Motion activation check boxes to select and enable or clear and disable for the following respective motions :
o
Direct call
o
Smart alert
o
Double tap to top
o
Tilt to zoom
o
Pan to move icon
o
Pan to browse images
o
Shake to update
o
Turn over to mute / pause
6.
At the bottom, tap the following check boxes to select and enable or clear and disable the following palm hand options:
o
Palm swipe to capture
o
Palm touch to mute/pause
