Your Nespresso MAGIMIX M190 is likely still using the factory settings, which define the espresso cup size as 40ml and the lungo cup size as 110ml. If both buttons are delivering only 40ml after multiple resets, it may indicate an issue with the machine's memory or a blockage affecting water flow. Try reprogramming the cup sizes manually by holding down the respective button until the desired volume is reached. If the issue persists, descaling the machine may help restore proper water flow.
