Basic menu operations

Setup menus are displayed on the video monitor screen or
on a PC monitor connected to the MONITOR connector.

Settings
Specify whether to enable changing UMID ownership information settings
(COUNTRY, ORGANIZATION and USER).
off: Do not enable.
on: Enable.
See "Using UMID Data" (page 134) for more information about UMID.
Set the recording format.

Set the clip name to be assigned to a clip to record.
Set the prefix of the clip name (up to 10 characters). The allowable
characters are alphanumeric characters, symbols (! # $ % & ' ( ) + , - . ; = @
[ ] ^ _ { } ~), and the space character.
CLIP
Set the initial value of the numeric part (00001 to 99999, five-digit serial
number) of the clip name.

Set how to assign the clip name for recording DVB-ASI input signals.
disable [dis]: Assign the clip name set with PREFIX and NUMERIC.
enable [ena]: Assign the same clip name as on the DVB-ASI signals.
Set the vertical position of the timecode and other text character information
output on the COMPOSITE OUTPUT MONI/2, SD-SDI OUTPUT1 2
(SUPER), and SD-SDI MONITOR/OUTPUT2 2 (SUPER) connectors, and of
the text character information displayed on the front panel display when it is
used as a video monitor, relative to the setting of Setup menu item 003
CHARACTER V-POSITION.

Set to "on" to recall menu bank 1 to replace the current menu settings.
Set to "on" to recall menu bank 2 to replace the current menu settings.
Set to "on" to recall menu bank 3 to replace the current menu settings.
Set to "on" to save current menu settings to menu bank 1.
Set to "on" to save current menu settings to menu bank 2.
Set to "on" to save current menu settings to menu bank 3.
Set to "on" to return the settings of the current menu to the factory default
settings.
