Error Display
(The hand dryer operates,
but no lamps light up.)

(Power failure)
Cause
Tilted or fallen Make sure that the LEDs on the display circuit board (JT-33D) are
LED upright.
Malfunction of Check if the connector CN8 on the display circuit board (JT-33D)
the display circuit or CN7 on the control circuit board (JT-33M) is disconnected.

If the connector is not disconnected, replace the display circuit
board (JT-33D).
(If a light-emitting device of the display circuit board (JT-33D) is in
a state of short circuit or open fault, the lamps do not light up.)
Malfunction of If the error persists after performing the above, replace the control

40 seconds have If hands are inserted in the hand drying area for 40 seconds, the

Remaining foreign Check for any objects left in the water receiver area, or any dirt
object sticking to the sensor area.
Dirty sensor If the hand dryer operates for 40 seconds due to remaining foreign
window object or dirt on the sensor window, it automatically adjusts the
sensor sensitivity after it has stopped, and the error display goes
off.
After removing the foreign objects or sensor dirt, reset the power
(to set the sensor sensitivity again).
Dirty sensor Dirt may shield the sensor.
window Wipe the dirt off the sensor window.
