Step 8: Configure Voice Boards
9. From the DCM Main screen, select Service, Startup Mode, then Automatic to enable the
Dialogic Services to start automatically when the Windows NT system powers on.
10. From the DCM Main screen, click the Start icon on the toolbar
...or select Service, then Start Service. Click OK when the process is finished.
Notes
If the Dialogic Service does not start, double-click on the board name shown on the
configuration tree (see screen below)
...or from the Main menu, click Action then Configure Device. The board configuration tab
screens (i.e., System, Misc, Country) display. Verify the settings.
It can be helpful to run the Universal Dialogic Diagnostics Utility in the Dialogic System
Software program group to identify any problem(s).
11. Click File then Exit. The DCM Main screen closes.
12.Go to
installation procedure.

1. From the Windows NT, click Start > Programs > Dialogic System Software > Dialogic
Configuration Manager - DCM. The DCM Main screen displays
2. From the DCM screen, click Action, then Auto Detect
Devices
... or press Ctrl+O . When the Auto Detect function is
finished, the installed voice boards appear in the
Configuration display of the DCM Main screen (as
shown at right).
3. From the DCM Main screen, click the Configure icon
...or select Action, Configure Device. The System Tab
– Properties screen for the board displays.
