Assembly and use of the mixer Make sure the mixer is unplugged from the mains outlet. Open the upper housing cover (3) using the small knob (4) (this should be in the down position) and place the ingredients in the mixing bowl (8).

The machine must be switched on before adding the Ice Cream or Sorbet Mix, to prevent the mix from immediately freezing on the inside of the bowl. After approximately 30 minutes, the ice cream should be ready to serve. Turn off the mixer. If the ice cream or sorbet is not to be used immediately, spoon the mix into a suitable container and store it in a freezer until it is required.
