appear on the display. If the memory location is empty,
the message EMPTY will appear.
» If you want to check the name stored with the number,
press ALPHA. (If no name was stored with the number,
the display will be blank). Press ALPHA again to return to
the number display.
¿ Call the number by pressing SEND. (You can place
your call with the number or the name displayed).

RECALLING INFORMATION BY NAME

³ Press ALPHA.
· Key in the name you want to recall (see "Keying in
Names'', page 12).
» Press RCL. The name, and the memory location
number it is stored in, will appear on the display.
¿ If you want to check the phone number, press ALPHA
again.
´ Call the number by pressing SEND (You can place
your call with either the name or the number displayed.)
Note: If you enter a name that does not exist in memory,
the display will read NOT FOUND.

SCANNING FOR A NUMBER

³ To scan the entire memory, press v to V display the
contents of all the memory locations.
If you have just recalled a memory location by number,
(eg. RCL,0,2), the phone will start scanning from that
memory location.
· When you find the number you want, press SEND to
make the call.

SCANNING FOR A NAME

³ Press ALPHA.
· Press v to display the name which is the first and V to
display the name which is the last in alphabetic order.
To display the other names, press v or V until you find the
name you are looking for. The number of the memory
location where the name is stored is shown in the upper
right corner of the display.
