Controlling the AV Receiver To control the AV receiver, press RECEIVER to select Receiver mode. You can also use the remote controller to control Onkyo Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, CD player, and other components. See “Entering Remote Control Codes” for more page 66).

Bi-amping the Front Speakers Important: • When making the bi-amping connections, be sure to remove the jumper bars that link the speakers’ tweeter (high) and woofer (low) terminals. • Bi-amping can be used only with speakers that support bi- amping. Refer to your speaker manual. Bi-amping provides improved bass and treble performance.
