Setting Your COMPANY/NAME

When you send a document, your COMPANY/NAME appears on the top of the copy printed out at the other
station.
The COMPANY/NAME helps to identify you to someone who receives your transmission.

Enter your COMPANY/NAME (max. 25 characters and
digits) by using the Keypad.
Ex:
T O S H I
If you make a mistake, use
one space beyond the incorrect character, press
then re-enter the new character.
If more than 11 characters are entered, the left side
characters will scroll off the display.

1. Your Company Name or your name must be set as your COMPANY/NAME because it is
NOTE
required by the Telephone Consumer Act of 1991. (For details, see FCC NOTICE at the end of
this Operator's Manual)
