To mount a Specialized SpeedZone on the handlebar of a new bike, follow these steps:

1. Use the provided strap designed for standard road and mountain bike handlebars.
2. Attach the mount to the handlebar using the Philips head screw included in the package.
3. Tighten the screw until the bracket is secure and does not rotate.
4. Use the provided sizing shims if needed to fit different handlebar diameters.

A fork top opening is not required for handlebar mounting.
