Description
The rest period is a pause between the milk out-
put and the coffee output.
► Set the duration of the rest period using the
button and
button.
A test beverage can be dispensed by pressing
the selected beverage button.
► Press the
button to exit the setting.
This menu item can be used to set the dispen-
sing sequence of the milk and coffee.
► Set the sequence using the
button.

This menu can be used to switch pre-brewing on
or off.
During pre-brewing, the ground coffee is mois-
tened with water to let it swell. This enables a
uniform and more thorough extraction. The
brewing process is lengthened slightly.
► Switch pre-brewing on or off using the

Notes
When dispensing latte
macchiato, the rest peri-
od allows time for the
milk to settle. This re-
sults in the pronounced
layering typical of this
beverage.
