Adding neutralising agent

Neutralising agent (pH-level: acidic)
neutralises residues of alkaline cleaning
agents on the surface of instruments
and utensils.
It is automatically dispensed in the
"Rinse" following the main wash.
In programme B INORGANIC
neutralising agent is also dispensed for
an acidic Pre-Rinse.
The relevent programme (see
"Programme Chart" - DOS 3) can not be
started until the dispensing system has
been vented.
(This function can only be cancelled by
a Miele Service Engineer).
^ Place the red container with
neutralising agent on the floor next to
the machine or in an adjoining
cupboard.
When the "Add neutralising agent"
indicator light won the control panel
lights up:

^ Fill the container (red) with
neutralising agent, or change it for a
new container, and then:
^ Insert the siphon tube into the
container (observe the colour code).
Please remember to fill the container in
good time, it should not be allowed to
empty completely.
