If a Yamaha Raptor 700 does not make any sound when turning the key and switch on after changing the relay, fuel pump, fuses, and spark plug, the issue could be related to:
1. ECM Connection Issue – The ECM may not be making proper contact due to pushed-down pins in the connector, which can prevent spark and power delivery. 2. Main Fuse – Check if the main fuse (20A) is blown and replace it if necessary. 3. Ignition System Wiring – Inspect the wiring from the ignition switch to ensure continuity and no loose or damaged connections. 4. Battery and Ground Connections – Verify that the battery is charged and properly connected, and ensure the ground connections are secure. 5. Tip-Over or Safety Switches – Check if the tip-over switch, clutch switch, or kill switch is malfunctioning or disconnected.
If these checks do not resolve the issue, further diagnosis of the ECM and ignition system may be required.
