Error Messages
The meter automatically performs a system check
to prevent inaccurate results. If the meter detects a
malfunction, it displays the "Err" message and an
appropriate symbol.
Do not make treatment decisions based on an error
message.
The code chip is faulty, or the
code chip was removed while
the meter was on. Turn meter
OFF and re-insert code chip.
If this error display still appears,
contact Roche Diagnostics.
