Wake-on-LAN (WOL) is enabled after a power-down and power-up of the enclosure. FlexAddress
on Ethernet devices is programmed by the module server BIOS. In order for the blade BIOS to
program the address, it must be operational, which requires the blade to be powered up. Once the
power-down and power-up sequence completes, the FlexAddress feature is available for WOL
function.
