SECURITY CODE ASSIGNMENT

Security Code Assignment allows you to assign or change your
security code in order to prevent unauthorized entry into the Program
mode.
To assign or change the security code:
Action
1. Press the program mode
button. Dial your security
code (if applicable).
2. Dial 00#.
3. Dial the new security code
and press #.
4. Press the program mode
button to save the information.
To cancel the security code:
Action
1. Press the program mode
button. Dial the security
code (if applicable).
2. Dial 00#.
Results
The program mode lamp
flashes and the mode change
lamp lights steadily.
The current security code
displays. The program mode
lamp lights steadily. The
mode change lamp flashes.
The new security code
displays.
The program mode and the
mode change lamps go out.
