It is time to replace the air filter when:
• The air filter has been turned brown by such things as tobacco
resin.
• When the message "The air filter is clogged. Clean or replace the
air filter." is frequently displayed, even though the air filter has
been cleaned.

How to replace the air filter

The air filter can be replaced even when the projector is suspended from a
ceiling.
Procedure
A
After you turn off the projector's power and the
confirmation buzzer beeps twice, disconnect the
power cable.

Open the air filter cover.
While pushing the air filter cover catches, pull the cover down.
C
Remove the air filter.
Grip the raised part at the centre of the air filter and pull it straight
out.
