Installing Windows CE Services 2.0

The Windows CE Services 2.0 installation program includes
several steps. The steps you follow depend on your operating
system (Windows 95 or NT) and system configuration. When you
run Setup, it tests for installed components and prompts you to
install only those components you need. To ensure you install all
the necessary components, simply click each button in order on
the Setup screen. You may need to restart your computer after
each step.
To install Windows CE Services 2.0
1 Insert the Microsoft Windows CE Services compact disc
in a CD-ROM drive on your desktop computer.
Setup should begin automatically.
2 If Setup does not begin automatically, click Run on the
Start menu, and then type d:setup and press
d: is the letter of the drive containing the Microsoft
Windows CE Services compact disc.
3 Follow the instructions on your screen to complete
installation.
You can install optional items from the Windows CE Services
compact disc as the final step of the installation process. Optional
items on the Windows CE Services compact disc may include
networking components and infrared device drivers for your
desktop computer and/or Microsoft programs for your Velo 500.
If you choose to install the H/PC programs during Setup, you will
be prompted to connect your Velo 500 to your desktop computer
before completing the Setup program. For more information about
