Fax Journal
The fax journal is a list of the last ten faxes sent and re-
ceived.
1 Press MENU several times until PRINT OUT RE-
PORT appears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Using u select ACTIVITY REPORT .
4 Confirm using o. The fax journal is now printed.
Printing broadcasting report
1 Press MENU several times until FAX SET-UP ap-
pears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Using [ select VARIOUS SETTINGS .
4 Press o several times until BROADC. REP.:ON ap-
pears on the display.
5 Using u select whether broadcasting report is to be
automatically printed or not.
6 Confirm using o.
7 You can exit with j.
Printing reports immediately
You can print reports immediately irrespective of the set-
tings selected for the printing of reports.
1 Press MENU several times until PRINT OUT RE-
PORT appears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Press o several times until LAST TX REPORT ap-
pears on the display.
4 Using u select if and which report is to be printed.
5 Confirm using o. The printing commences.
Printing report for deferred transmission
1 Press MENU several times until FAX SET-UP ap-
pears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Using [ select VARIOUS SETTINGS .
4 Press o several times until DELAY LIST: ON ap-
pears on the display.
5 Using u select whether the report for the deferred
transmission is to be automatically printed out or not.
6 Confirm using o.
7 You can exit with j.
Printing settings
You can print an overview of all device settings.
1 Press MENU several times until FAX SET-UP ap-
pears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Using [ select PRINT OUT SET-UP .
4 Confirm using o.
5 Using u select PRINT SETTINGS .
6 Confirm using o. The current settings are printed.

Switching re-transmission on/off

For broadcasting, you can set, if the document should be
automatically removed from the memory if the transmis-
sion failed or not.
1 Press MENU several times until FAX SET-UP ap-
pears on the display.
2 Confirm using o.
3 Using [ select VARIOUS SETTINGS .
4 Press several
MENU
TRANS.DOC.:OFF appears on the display.
5 Useu to select from the following settings:
RETRANS.DOC.: ON – After failed transmission,
the fax remains in the memory and can be resent.
RETRANS.DOC.:OFF – The fax is removed from
the memory if the transmission fails.
6 Confirm using o.
7 You can exit with j.
