Message Playback
Whenyou have new messages,the messageindicator flashes,showing the number
of unplayedmessages.If there are only old messages,the indicator glows steadily.
Recordedmessagesand memos are retained until you deletethem.
Youranswering systemhas approximately 12 minutes of storage capacity (or 59
messages/memos). I f capacity is full, the systemwill answer after 10 rings,and
announceto the caller, "Memory is Full".
1. Pressthe _ play button. If there are one or more new messages,only the new
messageswill be played.After new messageplaybackis completed,pressthe
play button again to hear all old messages.
NOTE:The order of playback is oldest messages first, newest last.
Before each message is played, the day and time it was recorded is
announced.
2. Pressthe I_skip button to skip to the next message.
3. Pressthe • stop button at any time to end playback.
Deleting Messages
NOTE:Once memory is full, user must delete messages from
memory
to
allow for
new
messages
to be recorded.
To delete
the message
or memo
currently
playing:
i. Pressthe delete button.
Todelete all old messagesstored in the Mailbox:
1. In the idle mode, pressand hold the delete button.Thesystem announces,"All
old Messagesare Erased'"
2. All old messageswill be deleted.
NOTE:New, unplayed messages cannot be deleted until you play
them. Once you delete the message, it cannot be recovered.
Important
Information
NOTES:There is a total of 12 minutes of recording time. This
includes messages, memos, and announcements.
The maximum number of messages that can be stored is 59.
A maximum of 2 minutes is allotted for each message, memo, or
announcement.
Ifa call comes in while you are listening to messages, playback
automatically
stops.
