3.1.2.3 Warning Messages

The table below lists the warning messages. The Warning message is
only displayed on the LCD panel and the state is not affect the printer' s
operation.

LED Description
Duplex Print was Off
Online: Printing was performed with a
paper that not supported for
Continue:
duplex printing.
• Envelopes
• OHP
• Thick papers
Face Up print off
Online: Face up exit is selected when
printing with Gov. Legal or

Legal size paper.
The printed page is forcibly
ejected at Face down exit.
Check Paper Size
Online: This warning is only displayed
when "Size Ignore=OFF" has

been selected. The paper
actually fed is shorter than the
paper size for printing. The
warning do not appear with the
following papers:
DL/C5/COM10/Monarch/A5/
Half Letter/Government Letter/
F4/C6International B5/Custom
Image Optimum
Online: Due to insufficient memory
capacity, printing was unable to

complete at the specified
resolution.

Online: The printer performs memory
compression/expansion
Continue:
operation when detecting low
memory capacity during print
data processing. This warning
occurs when the number of
memory compression is
exceeding the predefined
number.
Format Error ROM A
Online: This warning occurs when
installed ROM module is not
Continue:
formatted. If this warning
displayed with the ROM module
to which the data has been
written, the ROM module
should be defective or the data
writing is not fully completed,
and the ROM module should be
removed.
Toner Low
Online: The amount of remaining toner
is decreased. The amount of
Continue:
toner is calculated by software.
