Load the stack of envelopes straight.

If the rear edge of the stack is not properly aligned, it may result in misfeeds or paper jams.

Slide and fit the paper guides to both sides of the stack.
IMPORTANT

Be sure to align the paper guides with the width of the envelopes. If the guides are too loose or too tight, it may
result in misfeeds or paper jams.
•
Do not touch the envelopes in the multi-purpose tray or pull them out while printing. It may result in a faulty
operation.
