When the resistance measurement function is turned on, the source/measure unit (SMU) automatically sets the current source and voltage measurement operation to perform resistance measurement.   • Page 73 Inspection and Installation 2.3 Rack Installation The IT2800 series SMU can be installed on standard 19-inch rack. ITECH provides user with optional mount kit IT-E158. The detailed operation please refer to the IT-E158 User Manual. Remove the front and rear rubber bumpers and the handle before rack mounting the IT2800.

  • Page 83 IT2801, IT2801R. Connecting the interlock circuit The IT2801 model of the IT2800 series SMU has a maximum output voltage of up to 1000VDC. To maximize the safety of the DUT as well as the user's personal safety, the IT2800 provides an interlock function to prevent the user from receiving an electrical shock from high voltages over ±42VDC.
