C2.6 Replacing the drive motor

Go to the designated draining area and empty out both tanks.

Make sure that there is enough room around the machine to carry out disassembly operations in safety.

Block the rear wheels with chocks to prevent the machine from moving during disassembly operations.

mounting bolts of the drive motor can be unscrewed.

Disconnect the drive motor, the electromagnetic brake and the thermal overload cutout from the electrical system.

Raise the front of the machine and remove the drive wheel.

Tighten the four bolts securing the drive wheel to the steering plate, maximum torque 20 Nm ( 14.75 ft-lb).

Complete the reassembly of the drive wheel and the rest of the machine.
