C2.6 Replacing the drive motor

1 Go to the designated draining area and empty out both tanks.

3 Make sure that there is enough room around the machine to carry out disassembly operations in safety.
5 Block the rear wheels with chocks to prevent the machine from moving during disassembly operations.

mounting bolts of the drive motor can be unscrewed.
7 Disconnect the drive motor, the electromagnetic brake and the thermal overload cutout from the electrical system.
8 Raise the front of the machine and remove the drive wheel.

2 Tighten the four bolts securing the drive wheel to the steering plate, maximum torque 20 Nm ( 14.75 ft-lb).
3 Complete the reassembly of the drive wheel and the rest of the machine.
