To fix internet connectivity issues and NAT type problems on the ZTE MC888A Ultra 5G router, try the following steps:

1. Check Signal Strength: Ensure your device has a strong signal. Poor signal strength can cause slow speeds and connectivity issues.

2. Restart the Router: Power off the router, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on.

3. Verify Network Type: Make sure your router is connected to the correct network type (4G/5G).

4. Check IP Address Settings: Ensure your client device is obtaining an IP address automatically in the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) settings.

5. Disable Proxy Servers: Avoid using any proxy servers in your network settings.

6. Correct Wi-Fi Settings:
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the router.
- Refresh the network list and connect to the correct SSID.
- Enter the correct Wi-Fi password from the device label.

7. Fix NAT Type Issues:
- Log into the router’s web interface using its default IP address (found on the device label).
- Enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) in the router settings.
- If needed, manually configure port forwarding for specific applications.

8. Factory Reset: If issues persist, reset the router to factory settings and reconfigure it.

If the problem continues, contact ZTE support.
