U Installation Procedure
Note: Disconnect the cable from the negative (—) battery terminal.
1. Secure Mounting Collar (1).
Insert Mounting Collar
'1 into the dashboard, and bend the mounting tabs out with a screwdriver.

Secure Mounting Plates 16 on both sides of
the unit with a screwdriver.

3. Secure the rear of the unit.
a) Check the electrical connections by referring to this operating instructions.
b) Connect Mounting Bolt (5), using a suitable wrench.
c) Insert Power Connector
'11) to the unit.
d) Insert the unit into the Mounting Collar
1) and push it in until a "click" is heard.

e) Secure the rear of the unit to the car by one of the two recommended methods.
