BILL ACCEPTOR CLEANING
INSPECTION: {f authentic $1 or $5 bill is not ac-
cepted, or is rejected after insertion

Push up the latch and pull down the stacker.
If full of bills, withdraw them.
Remove any bills or foreign matter clogging the stacker,

Cut the power off and turn it on again.
(Warning: Be sure to return the stacker to original posi-
tion.)
Press down the latch and pull up the stacker.
Hf the bill validator still will not accept any bills, check the
following.
* Are the stacker and the chute set securely?
* Is the photo sensor or are the magnetic heads dirty?
* Are the conditions in Additional Specifications 2 and 3
met?
