Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.

Step 1: Assembly of the Bottom Frames and Upper Beam Frame NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the upper beam frame (5) to the left and right bottom frames (1 & 2) with a total of four screws (36), eight fl at washers (53) and four lock nuts (50).

Step 2: Assembly of the Lead Rails and Wheel Frames ⚠ CAUTION This assembly step must be carried out by at least two people. NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach one lead rail (19) to the left bottom frame (1) with three screws (48). Attach one lead rail (19) to the right bottom frame (2) with three screws (48).

Step 3: Assembly of the Union Frames NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the left union frame (3) to the left sided lead rail (19) with one screw (35) and one fl at washer (52).

Step 4: Assembly of the Middle Connection Frame NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the lower part of the middle connection frame (11) to the upper beam frame (5) with two screws (38), four fl at washers (53) and two lock nuts (50).

Step 5: Assembly of Adjustable Handle Frame and Adjustable Connection Frame NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. First attach the adjustable handle frame (14) to the right bottom frame (2). Then attach the adjustable connection frame (15) to the adjustable handle frame (14). Secure the adjustable connection frame (15) to the middle connection frame (11) with two screws (42), three fl at washers (54) and one lock nut (51).

Step 6: Assembly of the Weight Horns and Extend Frames NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Any pre-installed set screws might need to be loosened fi rst. Attach two weight horns (20) to the left and right idler wheel frame (21 & 22) with one set screw (49), one screw (61), one split lock washer (62) and one fl at washer (54) each.

Step 7: Assembly of the Footplate Frame and the Deck Pedal NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the footplate frame (16) to the left and right idler wheel frame (21 & 22) with a total of eight screws (41) and eight fl at washers (53).

Step 8: Assembly of the Seat Pad Frame and Front Bottom Frame NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the seat pad frame (7) to the left and right bottom frames (1 & 2) with a total of four screws (39), eight fl at washers (53) and four lock nuts (50).

Step 9: Assembly of the Swing Telescopic Frame and Arm Pad Frame NOTICE Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments. Attach the swing telescopic frame (9) to the front bottom frame (8) with one pivot shaft (30), two end caps (32) and two screws (47).

Step 10: Assembly of the Pads Attach the seat pad (26) to the seat pad frame (7) with two screws (43) and two fl at washers (54). Attach the arm pad (25) to the arm pad frame (10) with two screws (43) and two fl at washers (54).

Load and Unload Weight Plates ⚠ CAUTION Make sure to always use some sort of weight collar when exercising with external weights. Never store unused weight plates on the fl oor. Store unused weight plates on a weight rack or on the integrated storage options. ATTENTION The weight horn is compatible with 50 mm weight plates with a maximum external diameter of 450 mm.

Pad Adjustment Pull the pull pin and adjust the pads to the desired position. Release the pull pin and make sure it engages in one of the adjustment holes. Exercise Instructions Select an appropriate weight. Adjust the head pad and arm pad. Sit down on the seat pad with the back resting against the back pad.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may aff ect your safety and the life of the equipment. Safety can only be guaranteed if you check the equipment regularly for wear and damage. Replace damaged or worn components immediately.

For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a fl oor mat, which makes your fi tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the fl oor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
