Go to Binding tab of the "Network" box. Make sure that all the necessary services are binded.

Go to Protocols tab in the "Network" box. If you have TCP/IP protocol already installed in your
system, select "TCP/IP Protocol" and click on "Properties". If you do not have TCP/IP protocol installed
yet, you will have to add it by clicking on "Add" button, selecting "TCP/IP Protocol", and clicking on
"OK". Once you add it, click on "Properties".
