— Set the controls of the pulse generator as follows:

If necessary, adjust RV208.
Turn vernier DELAY, RV2 fully clockwise.
Check that the delay time is 110 us + 3 %.
If necessary, adjust RV207.

Connect an oscilloscope to the emitter of Z255 (R278) via a probe with at least
5 kQ input impedance.
Check that a pulse appears. If necessary adjust RV209.
Connect the instruments as shown in Fig. X-2.
Set the controls of the pulse generator as follows:

Check that the pulse width is 110 us + 3 %.
If not, adjust RV210.

The oscilloscope should be triggered by the sync. pulse which is available on
socket SYNC. OUT, P2, of the pulse generator.
