3. Tighten a 3/8" x 2 1/4" Screw (99) and a 3/8" x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Base (36) and into the Right Upright (95) as shown; do not fully tighten the Screws yet. Repeat this step on the left side of the tread- mill.

5. Set the console assembly (B) face down on a soft surface to avoid scratching the console assembly. Remove and discard the two indicated screws (C). Then, remove the Pulse Crossbar (97). 6. IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging the Pulse Crossbar (97), do not use power tools and do not overtighten the #10 x 3/4"...

7. With the help of a second person, hold the con- sole assembly (B) near the Right Handrail (95) (only one side is shown). Insert the Upright Wire (71) through the three looped Wire Ties (75) under the console assembly. Next, connect the ground wire (D) to the Console Ground Wire (80) on the Pulse Crossbar (97).

9. Attach the Latch Assembly (42) to the Left Upright (73) with two #10 x 3/4" Screws (7); start both Screws, and then tighten them. 10. Slide the Right Inner Upright Cap (102) between the Right Upright (95) and the Motor Hood (56). Then, press the Right Outer Upright Cap (103) against the Right Inner Upright Cap until they snap together.

11. Attach the Tablet Holder (104) with four #8 x 3/8" Screws (98); start all four Screws, and then tighten them. Do not overtighten the Screws. 12. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the treadmill. To protect the floor or car- pet, place a mat under the treadmill.
