1. SAFETY

adhered to when assembling and using this rack.
Locate rack in a suitable area where it will not be an obstruction.

Keep the general area clean, uncluttered. Ensure adequate lighting.

WARNING! Mount rack on a flat and solid wall such as breeze block that is
‰
strong enough to hold fully laden rack.
The rack should be firmly secured to the wall in a suitable location with

fixings provided.
DO NOT attempt to wall mount the rack on your own. Obtain

assistance or use manual handling equipment.
Wall mount the rack at a height that minimises the risk of injury when used.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storage area.

DO NOT use the rack for any purpose other than that for which

it is designed.
DO NOT clean the rack with any solvents or abrasives which may damage
8
the coated surface.
DO NOT overload the rack when mounted.

DO NOT climb on or attempt to stand on the rack.

Ensure the rack is properly and firmly fitted and installed before loading.

2. INTRODUCTION
Suitable for holding up to three bumpers of various lengths for tidy workshop storage. Arms mountable in nine positions and safely foldaway
when not in use so saving-space. Ideal for the busy bodyshop.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. To fit the support arms, offer the arm up to the fixing beam.
4.2. Tilt arm upwards while engaging the arm pin fully through the holes in the fixing beam.
4.3. The arm pin is a close fit for the holes in the fixing beams. A light tap with a nylon headed mallet or similar will suffice to engage items.
4.4. Once fully engaged, lower the arm and locate the stop onto the fixing beam.
4.5. Ensure support arm pins are fully engaged and secure before loading.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1.
Regularly check fixings and mountings are firmly fitted and that the rigidity and security of the rack is not compromised.
5.2. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
DO NOT use chemical or abrasive cleaners as this may result in damage to the surface.
