My TI84 plus CE will not convert a decimal to a fraction. I hit the math key and press 1 for FRAC. I get a ANS/FRAC notification. Then I press enter again and it continues to justs give the decimal as the answer. I **** in Normal Float Auto Real Radian MP modes. I have watched numerous videos and followed these instructions but get the same result...the repeated decimal. Can you please help?

Your TI-84 Plus CE may not be converting a decimal to a fraction due to mode settings or order of operations. Ensure MATHPRINT mode is enabled and check if you are using the correct key sequence:
Press [.] [number] [ALPHA] [F1] [4] [ENTER].

If the issue persists, verify that the calculator is not set to a mode that forces decimal output. You may also need to adjust settings in the [Mode] menu to ensure fractions are displayed correctly.

The Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus does not work without batteries. It uses 4 AAA alkaline non-rechargeable batteries and has an SR44SW backup battery to maintain settings during battery replacement. It is not rechargeable, and its USB port is only for communication, not charging.
