Rear shock absorbers adjustment (03_07, 03_08, 03_09, 03_10)
The rear suspension consists of a spring-shock absorber unit connected to the frame
by silent block joints.
To adjust the setting, the shock absorber has:
•
A knob (1) for adjusting spring preload.
•
A screw adjuster (2) for adjusting the hydraulic compression damping.
•
A screw adjuster (3) for adjusting the hydraulic rebound damping.
CAUTION
THE MAINTENANCE INTERVALS PRESCRIBED BY THE SCHEDULED MAINTE-
NANCE TABLE MUST BE CONSIDERED AS A GENERAL GUIDE FOR USING THE
VEHICLE IN NORMAL RUNNING CONDITIONS.
IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO REDUCE THE MAINTENANCE INTERVALS UNDER
SOME PARTICULAR CONDITIONS. ESPECIALLY WHEN USED IN GEOGRAPH-
ICAL LOCATIONS WITH ADVERSE CLIMATIC CONDITIONS, USE ON UNEVEN
GROUND OR SEVERE INDIVIDUAL USE.
CHECK AND IF NECESSARY, ADJUST THE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER.
03_07
THE STANDARD REGULATION OF THE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER IS INTEN-
DED TO SATISFY NORMAL TOUR DRIVING CONDITIONS.
IN ANY CASE IT IS POSSIBLE TO INSERT PERSONAL SETTINGS, DEPENDING
ON VEHICLE UTILIZATION.
TO COUNT THE NUMBER OF TURNS OF THE ADJUSTERS (2)(3) ALWAYS
START FROM THE MOST LOADED SETTING (COMPLETE CLOCKWISE ROTA-
TION OF THE ADJUSTER).
TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ADJUSTERS (2)(3), NEVER FORCE THEM BE-
YOND THE END OF TRAVEL IN EITHER DIRECTION.

Bonjour y a t il des feux de détresse??
The available information does not confirm that the Aprilia Tuareg 660 has a standard hazard light function. One user mentioned searching the manual and only finding a reference to a hazard light when emergency braking. Another user attempted a method used on the RS660 but found it did not work on the Tuareg. There is no clear confirmation in the provided manual excerpts.
